Dr. Sabata contributes technical, commercial and strategic expertise in stainless and specialty steels consulting and advisory work and also serve as the leading information technology and e-commerce consultant including developing strategies for the manufacturing industry to incorporate e-business.

He has worked at Armco Inc. and AK Steel for 10 years in various engineering and management positions in Research and the Commercial Organizations. He has over 50 publications in Journals and Conferences in the area of steel, corrosion, stainless steels, coatings and surfaces. He holds 5 US patents.

Recently he has been working with enterprise software companies (NehaNet) in developing business strategies for the Semiconductor Vertical.

He holds a PhD in Materials Science, from Colorado School of Mines, 1989, and a Masters of Science in Materials Engineering, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, 1986. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology, Metallurgical Engineering, from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India, 1985.
