Christopher Plummer serves as the company’s principal world steel industry consultant. Mr. Plummer holds a Master of Science in International Finance and Industrial Economics and has been active in steel industry research for nearly 20 years. He has consulted with clients on virtually all aspects of the world steel and related industries. Specifically, Mr. Plummer has managed some of the steel industry’s largest and most prominent commercial feasibility, market research, strategic positioning, and due-diligence advisory projects in the last several years. A representative sample listing of recent major consulting projects arranged and directed, as well as recent major conference speeches given, by Mr. Plummer and his staff are presented later in this document.
Mr. Plummer is one of the more frequently cited steel industry analysts, being regularly quoted in industry trade journals and major publications such as The Financial Times, Business Week, and The Wall Street Journal. He is a frequent guest speaker at steel industry conferences and seminars. He has provided expert witness testimony on various high-profile steel industry litigation and arbitration cases, and has appeared as a recognized expert witness on the world steel industry before the United States Congress.
