David Moison, Principal

David Moison has over 20 years experience in the metals industry, specializing primarily in aluminum with a secondary focus in steelmaking raw materials.  David most recently was Director of the Steel raw Materials for CRU International of London from 1996 to 1998.  Immediately prior to this position, David was Director of the $2 million/year World Aluminum Consulting Practice for one of the predecessor companies of CRU, Resource Strategies from 1987 to 1996.

David’s previous work experience, dating back to 1978 includes key commercial and strategy positions with Chase Manhattan Bank, Merrill Lynch (New York), Amax (Greenwich, CT headquarters), and Pechiney Aluminum.  David holds an undergraduate degree in economics from William and Mary College and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
