Mike Rotondo, Principal

Mike Rotondo, with over 20 years of metals industry experience, was Manager of CRU-International’s Steel Raw materials Group.  He was previously Director of Strategic and Market Planning at Amax/Climax Metals.  Mike held a similar position with Alumax and also served as Technical Manager for Amax’s 25% interest in the $1.2 billion Mt. Newman iron ore operations in Australia.

Most recently, Mike served as Manager of Strategic Planning for Alumax, Inc. in Atlanta, GA.  Mike is a member of the Mineral Economics & Management Society and the American Institute of Mining Engineers.  Mike holds a B. Sc. in Quantitative Business Analysis and Civil Engineering from Manhattan College in New York.
