William (Bill) Kellow – Industrial/Metallurgical Construction Project Primavera Scheduling Management
William Kellow has a B.S. In Metallurgical Engineering from Lafayette College. Mr. Kellow has over forty years of experience in planning, scheduling and cost control of major construction projects. Projects range from 100M$ to mega projects of several billion dollars. Mr. Kellow has utilized several software packages for scheduling with over 20 years of experience with Primavera software.
Projects range from large base load power plants to pharmaceutical and DOD type among others. These projects include development of full scope EPC schedules, resource loaded schedules and schedules used to provide earned value reporting. Several EPC projects were international in nature which required detailed planning and close monitoring of the logistics phase to coordinate deliveries to site. Over 20 years of his experience were on job site locations as a project planner and cost engineer. Mr. Kellow has also used schedule analysis to support or to defend against contractor claims.
